Promoters
The Promoter of the ESS AAR Group Mr. P.S.Selvaraj
has a
wide experience in the wind farm Project for
 the past ten
years. Finding
the great potential in the Non-Conventional Energy Generation in
Tamilnadu State, expertise and special ability and skill have been
developed in studying, identifying and locating suitable land for
installation of Wind Mills. Such Expertise and experience in the
field is essential to locate the Wind Farm in the suitable place so
that it can continue to function permanently and generating power
continuously. Such skill and valuable experience has been achieved
as is evident from the fact that more than fifty companies are
benefited by availing of his service. These Wind Mills are
functioning most efficiently on date and have contributed to the
name that Tamilnadu is a leading state in such non-conventional
energy sources. He worked with the wind mill manufacturers for more
than 400 MW.
Mr. A.M.Raajagopal has also involved for the
development of the ESS AAR Group. He is having wide
knowledge and capacity in Labour Management and administrative. He
is a General Manager for a textile mill and an engineering industry. He is looking after all the administrative
works, purchase and marketing. As a partner of the ESS AAR Group he
is involving all works for implementation of the project, like
purchase of suitable land, surveying of land, contouring, micro
sitting, foundation work, construction of buildings, cable laying,
Liaison work for getting NOC and safety certificates from TNEB and
all other works related to the project.

to develop the group in the wind industry in Coimbatore District,Tamilnadu,
India.
LAND PURCHASE
ESS AAR has developed relationships with landowners,
utilizing tens of thousands of acres of agricultural land for wind
park development and wind resource evaluation. We examine land for
wind energy development, and are responsible for wind assessments,
project design, permitting, power sales, financing, and turbine
operation and maintenance. We values its relationships with
landowners and ensures financial benefit and respect for your
environment. We always looking for the landowners who are
interested in playing a role in providing INDIA with clean renewable
wind energy. If you own land which you believe to be suitable for a
large wind park and are interested to learn more about the potential
to utilize your wind resource we would like to hear from you.
Our Experience
Gained experience in the line of work right from 1993 onwards. From
the years 1993-1997 rendered service concerning purchase of land,
preparing ground work for installation of wind mills relating to
NEPC-MICON clients. This work was carried out in several parts of
Coimbatore District of Tamil Nadu. From 1997-2003 there was not much
activity in the wind generation. Therefore, there was no activity
during this period in the absence of any demand. Again, from 2003
the activity gained in Tamilnadu. Since 2003, till date service in
this sector is being carried out on tie up with M/s. NEG MICON
(INDIA) PVT. LTD., Chennai. Several areas in Coimbatore District,
Erode District, Dindigul District have been identified after careful
study where great potential for power generation was found.
Necessary ground work for installation were done and several of the
wind farms installed in the above identified area are functioning
efficiently, continuously generating power in full capacity.

Achievements
The ESS AAR Group so far achieved the Target of locating suitable places
required for installation of windmill projects generating 400 MW of
power in the second season i.e. 2003 onwards to this date. Moreover,
for the first season i.e. 1993 to 1997 around 100 MW capacity
windmills installed.
